Chef De Partie | Peninsula Mandurah

With lunch and dinner service 7 days a week, live entertainment, functions and a busy events calendar, there’s always something happening in the kitchen. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team on a full-time salaried basis.

About the Role

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section and play an important role in delivering consistently high-quality food across busy services.

• Running your section efficiently during service
• Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
• Completing daily mise en place and preparation
• Maintaining food quality, presentation and portion control
• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Assisting with stock control and minimising food wastage
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and kitchen hygiene
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the kitchen team
• Contributing to a positive and professional kitchen culture

About You

We’re looking for a passionate Chef de Partie who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their food.

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy commercial kitchen
• Strong food preparation and cooking skills
• The ability to confidently manage your own section
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
• The ability to remain calm, organised and focused during busy services
• A genuine passion for hospitality and developing your career
