Graduate Junior Finance Analyst (12-Month Contract)

As a Graduate Junior Finance Analyst, you will gain hands-on experience across commercial finance, forecasting, reporting and business analysis while working alongside an experienced and supportive Finance team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) within a global, industry leading organisation.

What you will be doing:

  • Assist with monthly sales, margin and expense forecasting and reporting.
  • Support the preparation and submission of forecasts and budgets through our planning systems.
  • Help analyse business performance, identify trends and investigate variances.
  • Work with sales, marketing and finance stakeholders to consolidate forecast inputs and reporting.
  • Assist with customer rebate, commission and sales program reporting.
  • Maintain financial data, reporting templates and coding structures to ensure accuracy.
  • Support month-end reporting and provide ad-hoc analysis to assist business decision-making.

About you:

We are looking for someone who is curious, analytical and eager to learn. You will ideally have:

  • A recent degree (or be in your final year) in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline.
  • A genuine interest in building a career in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Business Analysis.
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive mindset, willingness to learn and a positive team-oriented approach.


Previous internship, vacation program or part-time finance experience is highly regarded but not essential.
