About the Role

Driven by a commitment to customer and clinical excellence, the Associate Product Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service and tailored solutions to Surgeons and Healthcare Professionals.

Reporting to a local Regional Sales Manager, your day to day will incorporate a range of activities which include:

• Developing effective relationships and liaising with Surgeons and Theatre staff; promoting the sale of products/solutions that addresses customer’s pain points
• Identifying customer needs and optimising on opportunities including generating leads and presenting product informationProviding in-theatre clinical support during cases, delivering in-servicing for customers, and supporting new product launches
• Developing and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plans

About the Requirements

Formal qualifications and/or experience within a healthcare-related environment would be highly advantageous

• Exceptional team player, and a long term, relationship-based sales approach
• Ability to think strategically and constructively challenge customers
• Excellent communication, time management and prioritisation skills
