Job description

Opportunity for a Front of House Coordinator to join our Sydney Administration team. Short-term contract to start immediately until 23 December 2026.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Front of House Coordinator to work in our Sydney office within the Administration team. You will display a willingness to learn and have experience, ideally from either a hospitality background or corporate hospitality background.

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Working with Reception to manage the boardrooms and meeting rooms and ensuring the rooms are configured appropriately for meetings;
  • Clean and maintain staff kitchens including coffee machines;
  • Ensuring catering and drinks supplies are stocked and stored appropriately;
  • Assisting the Office Manager with firm events;
  • Attending client needs, including drink orders; and
  • General day-to-day assistance with administrative tasks as required.

This is a short-term contract to cover a period of leave until 23 December 2026. The hours will be between 8:00am to 4:30pm with some flexibility required from time to time.

Who We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will meet the following criteria:

  • Availability to start immediately with full availability until 23 December 2026;
  • Professionally presented with a client service focus;
  • Corporate hospitality experience will be advantageous, alternatively, general hospitality experience will be considered;
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment; and.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.

Candidates holding a working holiday visa will be considered.
