This is a front-of-house role with a difference. As well as coordinating an exceptional patient experience at every touchpoint, you'll help shape how our practice presents itself online.
Key responsibilities
Appointment book management — keeping chairs full, proactively chasing no-shows, and filling gaps before they affect the day.
Patient flow coordination — every patient ready for the chair; every clinician ready for their patient.
Records & referral management — immaculate documentation so nothing falls through the cracks.
Patient satisfaction — welcoming every person with genuine warmth so they leave happier than they arrived.
Produce short-form video content for social media (Reels, TikTok, Stories).
Capture and edit clinic lifestyle and patient experience imagery.
Selection criteria
Experience in dental reception or medical administration — essential
Demonstrated ability to create engaging video and digital content
Confident across digital marketing platforms and social media
Composure and efficiency when the waiting room is full and multiple lines are ringing
Sharp attention to detail with strong organisational skills
Experience with dental practice software (e.g. Dental4Windows)
