Are you an experienced HSEQ professional who'd rather be out in the field than stuck behind a desk?

Sigtech is looking for a practical, approachable HSEQ Business Partner to support our growing national operations across Australia's rail, civil and infrastructure sectors.

This isn't a compliance-tick-box role. At Sigtech, HSEQ is about being visible, practical and genuinely integrated into how our people plan and deliver work.

National Role | Rail & Civil Projects

• Partnering directly with project teams, contractors and leaders on live rail, civil and infrastructure projects


• Conducting site inspections, audits and assurance activities


• Supporting risk assessments, SWMS, incident investigations and corrective actions


• Driving continual improvement of our Integrated Management System (ISO 45001 / 14001 / 9001)


• Coaching and influencing teams to build a stronger safety culture

What you will bring

• HSEQ experience in rail, civil construction or infrastructure environments (min 5 years)


• Solid understanding of WHS, environmental and quality management systems


• Confidence to have the hard conversations when it matters


• A Diploma in Safety (or equivalent) and rail industry experience (both mandatory)


• A current driver's licence and willingness to travel nationally
