Join a top performing agency as a dedicated Compliance Officer, supporting a team of 10 Lead Agents and taking ownership of key compliance requirements across the sales process.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Sales Administrator who is highly organised, detail-focused and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
- Manage compliance requirements across 10 Lead Agents
- Prepare and manage Agency Agreements, AMLs, Contracts for Sale and CMAs
- Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete and compliant
- Monitor outstanding documentation and proactively follow up with agents
- Maintain organised sales files and records
- Provide administrative and compliance support to the sales team
- Liaise with agents, vendors, solicitors and other stakeholders
- Identify and resolve documentation or compliance issues promptly

- Previous experience in real estate sales administration
- Strong understanding of sales documentation and compliance processes
- Experience with Agency Agreements, AMLs, Contracts and CMAs
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
