Sales Consultant
This is a consultative sales role that puts you at the sharp end of Australia's energy transformation. You'll own a territory across Melbourne's western suburbs, meeting homeowners, uncovering their energy needs, and designing tailored home electrification solutions that genuinely improve their lives — lower bills, greater comfort, real energy independence.
Forget pressure selling. ZECO's model is built on trust and fit — you'll walk away from every appointment knowing you've done right by the customer. And with high-quality inbound demand fuelled by new strategic partnerships, you'll be spending your time closing, not cold-calling.

What you'll bring:
- Proven in-home or consultative sales — you know how to build trust and close well
- The ability to translate technical products into clear, compelling customer outcomes
- High personal standards — you're structured, reliable, and always follow through
- A genuine passion for renewable energy and the transition to electrification
- Prior renewable energy or electrification industry experience is preferred but not essential
- The confidence to guide — not push — customers toward decisions that are right for them
- Australian citizenship is required for this position
