A rare opportunity available for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our hard-working team in our Parts Department in Cheltenham.

\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
\n
• Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
\n
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of spare parts.
\n
• Ensuring staff check orders, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
\n
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation relating to the efficient running of the warehouse.
\n
• Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
\n
• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse.
\n
• Coordinating and maintain internal and external delivery runs.
\n
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
\n

Requirements

\n

\n
• Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position an advantage
\n
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations
\n
• Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
\n
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
