Customer Experience Officer

We’ve been the go-to for Australian parcel letterboxes and outdoor products for over 25 years, but we aren’t standing still. We’re Milkcan, and we’re looking for a friendly Customer Experience specialist to join our team and help us keep every customer interaction friendly and reliable.

As our Customer Experience specialist, you’ll join a team that takes real pride in providing exceptional customer service on the phone, over email, and in our showroom.

About the Job

Role: Customer experience role covering phone, email, and in showroom support

Location: Full-time, in-house at our Northern suburbs, Melbourne office (with free onsite parking)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Customer Service: Providing exceptional service via phone and email, and assisting customers who visit our showroom in person.
• Order Management: Accurately processing and managing sales orders from start to finish.
• Database Care: Keeping our customer database accurate and up-to-date.
• Warehouse Liaison: Coordinating with our warehouse and dispatch team to keep orders moving and customers informed.
• Team Support: Pitching in with general sales and administrative support wherever the team needs it.
