Support Officer

We're partnering with a well-established organisation seeking an IT Support Officer to become the local face of IT support. This is a hands-on role offering autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to make a genuine impact while working closely with a broader IT team.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide support across hardware, software, Microsoft 365, printing, mobile devices, and connectivity issues.


• Act as the first point of contact for incidents, service requests, and user enquiries.


• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, and peripheral-related issues.


• Support device provisioning, deployment, and onboarding activities.


• Maintain asset registers, device inventories, and stock levels.


• Assist with endpoint management and user access administration.


• Work closely with a remote IT team to ensure a high level of service delivery across the business.


• Escalate complex issues when required and follow through to resolution.

About You

• 2+ years' experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or similar role.


• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.


• Experience supporting end users in a corporate environment.


• Familiarity with device deployment, onboarding, and endpoint management.
