What will you be doing? \n

\n
• Manage claims across a diverse portfolio of insurance products
\n
• Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the claims process
\n
• Liaise with insurers, underwriters and other key stakeholders
\n
• Provide advice and support to clients on claims matters
\n
• Manage claims from lodgement through to resolution
\n
• Ensure claims are progressed efficiently and in the best interests of clients
\n

What do you need? \n

\n
• Experience in an intermediated claims environment
\n
• Broking claims experience is highly regarded
\n
• Strong understanding of the insurance claims process
\n
• Good knowledge of the role brokers play throughout the claims lifecycle
\n
• Exposure to a broad range of insurance products is advantageous
\n
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
\n
