Motorsport Distributors Group (MDG) is a leading motorsport merchandise and licensing business, working across some of the biggest names and events in motorsport, including Formula 1, MotoGP, Supercars and other major automotive and sporting brands.

We’re looking for a Junior Digitial Marketing Designer to join our growing team and help bring our brands, products and campaigns to life across digital channels.

This is a great opportunity for a junior designer or creative content creator who has a strong interest in social media and digital marketing and wants to build their experience in a fast-paced commercial environment.

About the Role

This is a part-time position with working days and hours to be agreed, making it an ideal opportunity for a junior designer, recent graduate, student or emerging creative looking to gain valuable industry experience.

Working closely with our marketing, design and e-commerce teams, you'll be involved in creating engaging visual content across a range of digital platforms.

Your day-to-day work could include:

• Creating social media tiles, posts, stories and campaign content
• Designing EDMs and email marketing assets
• Creating engaging product imagery and product shots for e-commerce
• Producing graphics and banners for websites and online stores
• Supporting digital marketing campaigns and promotional activity
• Creating content for new product launches, motorsport events and key campaigns
• Resizing and adapting creative assets for different digital platforms
• Assisting with basic photo editing, retouching and image manipulation
• Helping maintain a consistent visual identity across our digital channels
• Working with the marketing team to develop creative ideas and content
• Supporting the design team with additional creative projects as required

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone early in their design career who is creative, digitally minded and genuinely enjoys creating content for social media.

You may be a recent design graduate, current student, have 1–2 years of experience, or have developed your skills through previous work, internships, freelance projects or your own social media/content projects.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who has:

• A good understanding of social media and digital content
• Experience creating content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• A strong eye for layout, typography, imagery and visual presentation
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
• An interest in photography, product imagery and content creation
• A basic understanding of digital marketing and how creative content supports a campaign
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to work across multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A willingness to learn and take direction
• A creative mindset and the confidence to contribute ideas

Experience is important, but attitude, creativity and an understanding of social media are just as important.

Motorsport Experience Isn't Required

You don't need to be a motorsport expert to join MDG.

An interest in motorsport, cars, fashion, sports, e-commerce or social media is a bonus, but we're more interested in your creative ability, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
