Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist with a genuine interest in landscaping and gardening, to join the FormBoss® team in Croydon South, Victoria.

We're looking for someone who is creative, proactive and passionate about marketing, with the drive to take ideas from concept through to execution. This role is more than just marketing products, it's about understanding how they're used, who they're designed for and what inspires our customers.

This full-time position will play an important role in developing and executing marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, support business growth and strengthen the FormBoss® brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print and social media platforms
• Create compelling marketing content including copywriting, graphics and multimedia materials that resonate with target audiences
• Manage social media accounts and digital marketing presence to increase brand visibility and customer engagement
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign delivery
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using marketing analytics tools to measure ROI and optimise results
• Support the development and maintenance of marketing materials, including brochures, websites and promotional collateral
• Manage marketing budgets and track expenditure to ensure efficient use of resources
• Assist with event planning and execution to promote brand awareness and generate leads

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in marketing or a related field, with at least 5+ years of professional experience
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media management and content marketing strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging marketing content
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including email marketing platforms and social media management tools
• Solid understanding of SEO, SEM and digital advertising best practices
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for design and brand consistency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the landscaping or manufacturing sector would be advantageous
