Social Media Marketing Coordinator

French Beauty Online – Dingley Village VIC

French Beauty Co is a small business based in Melbourne South-Eastern Suburbs (Dingley Village 3172) dedicated to the promotion of French skincare brands into the Australian market. We are seeking a talented Social Media Marketing Coordinator to create digital content and assets, and look after our social media campaigns.

Key responsibilities

Prepare the social media strategy (FB, IG, TT, Pinterest) with the Marketing Manager

Design social media and ads campaigns that increase traffic and conversion

Plan, schedule and publish organic content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn

Create high-quality content including Reels, Tik Toks, Stories, Posts, Carousels and Short Videos

Photograph and film products and lifestyle content, and edit with Canva, Cap Cut or similar software

Post content on all social media platforms (weekdays and weekends)

Repurpose content across social media, EDM, digital marketing channels and the website

Respond to comments, direct messages and customer enquiries, manage the online community

Monitor performance across all social platforms and prepare monthly social media reports

Monitor competitor activity and identify emerging trends and opportunities

About you

1-2 years' experience in social media marketing

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or related field

Keen interest in beauty and French culture

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Competencies in Canva and Cap Cut

Competencies in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus

Ability to multi-task and willingness to learn

Passion for digital, social and eCommerce
