Skilled Non Tradesperson - Coles Supermarket - Werribee Plaza

About the role

Do you possess the expertise to knead, shape, and bake your way to perfection? If so, we want you to be a key ingredient in our bakery team! We’re searching for a Skilled Baker with at least five years of experience in the art of bread‑making, especially in a fast‑paced bakery environment. You’ll take pride in contributing to a bakery department which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging.

About you and your skills

  • 5 years of baking expertise: Your extensive experience ensures that you can produce top‑quality bread products efficiently and consistently.
  • Food safety and hygiene knowledge: We take safety and hygiene seriously. Your knowledge of these aspects is essential to uphold our high standards.
  • Customer obsessed: Our customers are at the heart of what we do. We’re looking for someone who can delight our customers with their love for baking.
  • Passion for quality and consistency: You take pride in every loaf that you deliver.
