The Opportunity: \n

Location: Guyra, New South Wales
Employment Type: Casual | morning, afternoon, overnight shifts available
Remuneration: $36.23 per hour + penalties + super

About the Role: \n

We are looking for Personal Care Assistants to join our Residential Aged Care team, Kolora in Guyra. This role supports residents with personal care, daily living needs and meaningful day-to-day support in a caring aged care environment.

You will work as part of a supportive care team, providing assistance under the direction and guidance of the senior clinical team.

About You: \n

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).
\n
• Genuine interest in working in aged care.
\n
• Well-developed customer service skills.
\n
• Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
\n
• Ability to manage a varied and demanding workload.
\n
• Ability to work as part of a team.
\n
• Flexibility for shift work.
\n
• Current National Police Certificate (or willing to get).
\n
• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to get).
