What You'll Be Doing
\n
Depending on the role, your responsibilities may include:
\n
- \n
- Providing professional customer service to visitors, contractors and clients \n
- Conducting building and perimeter patrols \n
- Monitoring CCTV and access control systems \n
- Gatehouse and access control duties \n
- Managing contractors and deliveries \n
- Responding to incidents and emergency situations \n
- Identifying and reporting hazards and security risks \n
- Supporting tenants, clients and facilities teams \n
- Preparing incident and security reports \n
- Event security duties \n
- Other security and site-specific duties \n
\n
What We're Looking For
\n
- \n
- Current Security Licence- Mandatory \n
- Current First Aid - Mandatory \n
- Australian Citizen or holder of Unlimited Work Rights \n
- Strong customer service and communication skills \n
- Professional presentation and a proactive approach \n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team \n
- Ability to work rotating rosters, including days, nights and weekends \n
- Good computer skills and ability to use security-related systems \n
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills \n
\n
Highly Desirable:
\n
- \n
- Crowd Control endorsement \n
- Own reliable transport \n
- Experience with CCTV and access control systems \n
- Previous experience in a security or customer-facing environment \n
\n
