Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team at BRADNAMS WINDOWS & DOORS' in Carrum Downs, VIC. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our customer relationships, providing high-quality sales and support services. Key responsibilities

Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients

Identifying new sales opportunities and proactively generating leads

Providing personalised sales support and consulting to customers

Presenting and demonstrating our product range to potential clients

Preparing and negotiating sales contracts and agreements

Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and customer satisfaction

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

About you

Proven track record of success in an Account Manager or similar sales role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Familiarity with the sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation

Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite

Relevant experience in the Sales industry, particularly in the Sales Representatives/Consultants sub-industry

Australian citizen with full work rights

Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience required
