Job description

We are now seeking a newly created role of Service & Contract Maintenance Coordinator to join our service team at our Hallam Truck Centre

Assume responsibility for providing the highest level of customer service and commitment by creating maintenance contracts & ensuring business and customer satisfaction throughout the term.

Your day will include

  • Greet and assist customers in person or by phone and determine the customer’s needs and vehicle data
  • Plan and coordinate the schedule of service maintenance in line with workshop capacity.
  • Liaise with customers regarding invoice queries resolving any issues promptly.
  • Prepare customised maintenance schedules to suit varying applications of customers.
  • Present contract options to customers at point of vehicle sale and actively pursue new accounts
  • Communicate repairs with customers, working closely with the workshop team and upselling additional works when possible.
  • Ensure Customer Service matters are dealt with promptly and efficiently

You will have

  • Trade qualifications and or demonstrated industry / senior administration experience
  • Previous automotive experience, preferred
  • An ability to work autonomously and with a variety of key stakeholders
  • Great customer focus and communication skills
  • Exceptional computer literacy and sound organisational skills
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
