About Us: OROSI Architecture is seeking a full time Architectural Draftsperson to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for buildings and structures.
• Preparing detailed architectural drawings, technical detailing and specifications for multi-residential buildings and structures
• Translating architects' concepts and designs into precise technical documentation
• Assisting in the preparation and coordination of project documentation for statutory approvals
• Producing models and visual representations of designs using CAD software
• Conducting site inspections and assisting with project documentation
• Liaising with architects, engineers, consultants and clients to ensure smooth project progression
• Ensuring compliance with the National Construction Code, Australian Standards and relevant council requirements

Skills and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in architectural drafting or a related field.
• Relevant qualification in Architectural Drafting, Building Design, or similar (e.g., Certificate IV in Building Design, Diploma in Architectural Technology).
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work to deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
