About the role
\n
InOne Healthcare (InOne Imaging) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Receptionist – Imaging . This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and providing a seamless front-of-house experience within a supportive and growing healthcare team.
\n
You will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in ensuring smooth clinic operations across our imaging services.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule imaging appointments in line with clinical requirements \n
- Process imaging referrals and maintain accurate, confidential patient records \n
- Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently \n
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism \n
- Provide clear preparation instructions for imaging procedures \n
- Support billing processes, including Medicare and private payments \n
- Liaise with radiologists, clinicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow \n
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and clinic procedures \n

About You

- \n
- Passion for providing high-quality patient care and customer service \n
- Previous experience as a receptionist / admin within the radiology industry \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \n
- Prioritizing tasks effectively \n
- Understanding of healthcare compliance, NDIS, or aged care (desirable) \n
