Join our dynamic Operations team as a First Aid Officer, where you'll play a vital role in supporting guest and staff safety by responding quickly and professionally to medical situations across the park. You'll be the first point of care in emergencies - delivering calm, confident assistance while maintaining a welcoming and reassuring presence.
We're looking for individuals with a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay composed under pressure. If you're passionate about helping others, committed to safety, and thrive in a dynamic, outdoor environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Provision and management of first aid incidents, assistance to injured and unwell guests.
Completion of medical reports on all patients in a confidential manner.
Ensuring that all medical records, supplies and equipment are maintained and secure.
Previous experience in a first aid or medical environment, desired.
Must hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check*.
Excellent personal presentation.
Strong awareness of safety and a commitment to guest service.
Reliable, with a strong work ethic and team mindset.
throughout December and January, including nights in December, with additional weekend availability in February and March. Team members should expect an average of three shifts per week (up to 8 hours long) during the Summer holidays, pending availability.
