Concrete Plant Batcher / Loader Operator
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of operations — accurately combining and dispensing premix concrete materials for delivery to customer sites, supporting daily site activities, and confidently operating plant and mobile equipment.
Key responsibilities
Produce quality concrete by accurately batching orders with dedicated systems
Safely operate a front-end loader to prepare materials for batching
Take ownership of stock control, raw materials, and monthly forecasts
Perform basic plant maintenance and housekeeping
Complete administration tasks as required
Be actively involved in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes, and reporting
Keep the yard safe and tidy through general maintenance and housekeeping
About you
Genuine interest in the concrete industry — experienced operators required
Confidence using computers and working across multiple systems
Flexibility, a team-focused mindset, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
Relevant tickets and qualifications (e.g., White Card, FEL, forklift license) are desirable
