I'm recruiting for a huge family-ownedbusiness that has been operating for nearly 30 years. They're looking for a friendly, outgoing, and switched-on person to become the heartbeat of their office.

This is much more than a reception role. You'll keep the office moving, jump in wherever needed, and make life easier for everyone around you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Answering phones and being the friendly face of the office
• Meeting and greeting clients, visitors, field staff and senior management
• Ordering groceries, PPE, stationery and office supplies
• Managing insurances, internal documents and general office admin
• Data entry and backing up the Workflow Coordinator
• Supporting the EA, Training Coordinator and senior management
• Learning workflow, tendering and other areas of the business as you grow

• Highly organised and able to juggle multiple things at once
• Proactive you see what needs doing and get stuck in
• A genuine "yes, I can help" attitude
• Comfortable speaking with everyone from the CEO to the guys out in the field
• Someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly and thinks outside the box
• Happy working autonomously but loves being part of a team
• A good sense of humour and plenty of personality
