About the Position

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team on a casual basis, providing additional recruitment support during busy periods and peak hiring activity. We are open to someone looking to support our team on a flexible casual basis, with scope of hours to be discussed with the successful candidate. This opportunity could work for someone looking to pick up flexible work around school hours or around other commitments.

This position will support the effective delivery of full life cycle recruitment across a geographically dispersed workforce of 600. You will assist our current Talent Acquisition Advisor with our end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, background checks and candidate offers.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Successfully conduct end-to-end recruitment for vacancies across our manufacturing sites and shared services teams, providing a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Utilise various candidate sourcing techniques to build and maintain a pipeline of suitably qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, providing recruitment updates, advice and support throughout the selection process.
• Coordinate and support interview processes, including preparing interview guides, scheduling interviews, providing guidance to managers and ensuring a consistent and structured selection process.
• Manage and support with pre-employment checks, including references, police checks, right-to-work verification, medical assessments and other role-specific requirements.
• Ensure compliance throughout all recruitment activities with legal and company standards whilst maintaining accurate records.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Substantial experience in internal recruitment, with a proven ability to manage and successfully deliver end-to-end recruitment processes across a diverse range of roles and business functions.
• Previous experience using JobAdder or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), along with familiarity with relevant pre-employment and background checking systems.
• A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to quickly pick up new processes, systems and requirements to step in to support the wider team and respond to changing recruitment demands.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers, candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Thrive in a high-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
