Bar & Gaming Supervisors

Reporting to the relevant Shift Operations Manager, you will oversee daily and nightly operations, support staff on shift, and ensure the Club delivers a safe, welcoming and compliant environment for members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervising staff across gaming, bar, bistro and customer service areas
• Leading teams to deliver exceptional customer service
• Overseeing gaming operations in line with Victorian compliance requirements
• Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gaming
• Cash handling, reconciliations and shift close procedures
• Supervising bar, floor and food service
• Maintaining venue presentation and safety standards
• Managing customer enquiries, escalations and patron care
• Ensuring smooth operational flow across all departments

About you

• Proven experience in hospitality, gaming or club operations
• Strong leadership capability with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional presence
• High attention to detail and resilience during peak periods
• Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including nights and weekends
• RSA and RSG (Victoria) - or willingness to obtain
