Reporting into senior leadership, the Executive Support Officer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions across the organisation.
\n
Key responsibilities include:
\n

- Provide comprehensive executive support to multiple senior leaders. \n
- Manage complex calendars, appointments and scheduling requirements. \n
- Coordinate meetings, workshops and events, including venue and logistics management. \n
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports and other executive documentation. \n
- Record and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring actions are tracked and completed. \n
- Manage executive correspondence, emails and confidential communications. \n
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries when required. \n
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. \n
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems and governance documentation. \n
- Monitor deadlines, commitments and follow-up actions on behalf of executives. \n
- Support broader administrative and operational activities as required. \n
- Build effective working relationships across a wide range of stakeholder groups. \n

Profile
\n
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
\n

- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or Executive Support Officer position. \n
- Strong diary, email and stakeholder management capabilities. \n
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills. \n
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills. \n
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. \n
- Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. \n
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously. \n
- Professional judgement and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. \n
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. \n
- Experience within healthcare, community services, or not-for-profit environments will be highly regarded. \n

- Salary ranging from $80k - $90k + Super + Salary Packaging. \n
- Permanent full-time position Monday - Friday. \n
- Start date from 29th of September. \n
