Underground and surface heavy diesel fitter - breakdowns, scheduled services, drill fitting and plenty other duties

Work is rotated across the crew so you get variety and exposure to different equipment and tasks

Specialise across a large fleet of underground and surface mining equipment and OEM brands including Sandvik, Normet, CAT, Epiroc and Volvo

• Balanced 8:6 FIFO roster with charter flights from Townsville or Cairns

What You'll Need

• Trade-qualified Diesel Fitter (or equivalent) with experience on heavy machinery - earthmoving, civil, underground or open cut mining
• Manual driver's licence with experience driving a manual vehicle
• Able to pass a full pre-employment medical, functional assessment and drug & alcohol test
• Physically fit and comfortable working underground in hot, humid conditions when required
• A team player with a good attitude, strong communication and a willingness to learn
