Balanced Books and Accounts Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper to join our team in Keilor Park, Victoria. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and providing essential financial support to our small business clients. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing accounting practice.
What you'll be doing
- Record daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Payroll processing and file management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with the team to improve financial processes and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to our small business clients
What we're looking for
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Bookkeeping
- At least 2 years' experience working as a Bookkeeper
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping best practices
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
