Job Description

Shape the future of one of Australia's most complex and dynamic supply chains. As Supply Chain Strategy Manager reporting to the Head of Strategy – Supply Chain within the Strategy Team, you will tackle high value business challenges, identify new sources of value creation, and help define the strategic direction of our Supply Chain function. Working closely with senior leaders across the Enterprise, you will turn insights into action and deliver initiatives that drive meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of our Supply Chain strategic ambitions and the Enterprise strategic agenda.
    • \n
  • Lead strategic projects that solve complex supply chain challenges and unlock enterprise value.
    • \n
  • Lead project workstreams from concept through to key decision forums.
    • \n
  • Identify opportunities across manufacturing, logistics, distribution and supplier networks.
    • \n
  • Leverage data, market insights and industry trends to inform strategic decision making.
    • \n
  • Develop business cases, financial models and scenario analyses to support investment choices and growth decisions.
    • \n
  • Translate complex analyses into clear recommendations and compelling executive presentations.
    • \n
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities and drive strategic initiatives.
    • \n

About You

\n

    \n
  • 5+ years Supply Chain experience is essential, ideally within FMCG, food, beverage or a similarly complex environment.
    • \n
  • Experience in strategy, transformation, project management or supply chain optimisation roles.
    • \n
  • Strong understanding of end‐to‐end supply chains and the commercial drivers that influence performance.
    • \n
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems through structured analysis and strategic thinking.
    • \n
  • Strong financial acumen with experience building business cases and evaluating investment opportunities.
    • \n
  • A skilled relationship builder who can influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.
    • \n
  • Comfortable operating in fast paced environments and navigating ambiguity.
    • \n
  • An engaging communicator who can simplify complexity and bring others on the journey.
    • \n
