Sales Coordinator

Tackle, think along, take responsibility

• End-to-end order processing, from drawing up quotations to delivering our products to corporate clients
• Processing invoices, purchase orders, credits and expenses, and coordinating samples
• Developing and maintaining filing systems and overviews that capture sales data and summarise product and customer details
• Account management support, including logistical management, sales forecasting, meeting preparation and contract reviews
• Coordinating delivery dates with the production department and collaborating with head office in Germany
• Supporting sales targets by conducting market research, identifying potential customers and generating leads

What you should bring with you

• Bachelor's degree is advantageous
• At least one to two years' experience in sales, ideally in the B2B sector
• Genuine passion for providing first-class customer service and sales
• A methodical, high reliable and structured approach to work
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Confident with Excel, working with numbers and sales data
• Self-motivated and proactive with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-confidence and good presentation skills
• A passion for sales, with the ability to proactively approach new customers and inspire them with our innovative, high-quality packaging solutions
