A full-time Digital Marketing Assistant. Someone driven, who wants a career in Digital Marketing. No formal experience necessary, we're looking for the right person, and we'll teach you the skills. Though if you do have any Digital Marketing experience please do highlight it.
Wynne Digital is a small Melbourne Digital Marketing Agency. We currently offer a few key services SEO, Google Ads, Social Ads, Marketing Automation & Audio Advertising.While we are currently a team of 3, we partner closely with other agencies and freelancers so you'll be part of a much bigger team. We usually work 4 days from our office in Richmond and 1 from home. We have an office dog that comes in most days.
The role would be to support the Senior Account Manager in executing tasks and client management:
However, the most important trait will be your attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Being part of a small team, you'll get first hand experience directly from senior members of the team.
We don't have a sales team or lock in contracts. We're the opposite of the traditional agency model of overpromising and locking clients into 12-month contracts. This means the clients we have love us and have realistic expectations on results and timelines. We currently have an amazing culture that prioritises work life balance. Wynne Digital aims to offer the agency experience without the sales targets, long hours and unreasonable workload. Instead we want staff to be happy, inspired and go home at 5:30pm.
