Vinarchy is establishing a best-in-class Revenue Growth Management (RGM) capability to drive sustainable, profitable growth across its portfolio. As Head of RGM for the ANZ market, you will define, embed and continually evolve the RGM strategy across the business (~$460m net sales revenue), focusing on the five critical levers: Price, Promotion, Pack Price Architecture, Trade Terms, and Mix Management.
As the senior RGM leader for ANZ, you will define the long-term Revenue Growth Management strategy for the region and be accountable for embedding RGM as a core commercial capability across the business. You will influence executive decision-making, shape strategic priorities, and build an organisation-wide culture of value creation.
This role requires exceptional commercial leadership, the ability to influence at Executive Leadership Team level, and the capability to lead transformational change across multiple functions.
