Senior Infrastructure Support
We’re partnering with an established organisation looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Administrator to join their Melbourne-based technology team.
This is a broad, hands‑on role working across a hybrid cloud and on-premise environment. You’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day infrastructure while also getting involved in upgrades, migrations, security improvements and broader technology projects.
What you will do:
- Support and administer Azure, Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments.
- Manage Active Directory, Entra ID and endpoint technologies.
- Support virtualisation, storage, networking, backup and disaster recovery.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues as a senior escalation point.
- Manage patching, security, vulnerability remediation and system upgrades.
- Deliver infrastructure projects, migrations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with internal teams, vendors and external service providers.

You’ll ideally have:
- Strong hands‑on Systems/Infrastructure Administration experience.
- Experience across Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Solid knowledge of networking, virtualisation, storage and backups.
- Exposure to Intune, Entra ID and Microsoft security technologies.
- Experience delivering infrastructure upgrades or projects.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- A willingness to remain hands‑on across a broad infrastructure environment.
