Are you a talented Pharmacist looking to make a significant impact within regional communities?
Wagga Wagga Base Hospital are on the search for passionate pharmacists to join the Pharmacy team! You will assist in the provision of a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service in accordance with the SHPA Standards of Practice for Clinical Pharmacy Servicesand support medication safety practices and quality improvement initiatives in accordance with National Standard 4. You will play a vital role as part of the multi-disciplinary team, involved in the delivery of education and information to other health care professionals along with providing medicines information to patients and carers.
