The Opportunity

Working within a specialist investment team, you will contribute to strategic and dynamic asset allocation, quantitative research and investment decision-making.

You’ll collaborate with experienced investment professionals, contribute to innovative investment thinking and help solve complex institutional investment challenges across a diverse range of asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of strategic and dynamic asset allocation decisions.
• Develop and enhance quantitative models, analytical tools and investment frameworks.
• Apply quantitative analysis to support investment strategy and portfolio decision-making.
• Translate complex data and analysis into practical investment recommendations.
• Support portfolio construction and asset allocation decisions across multi-asset portfolios.
• Present investment insights and recommendations to clients and key stakeholders.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will likely possess:

• Experience within investment management, funds management, institutional investing or a related investment environment.
• Strong knowledge of multi-asset investing, portfolio construction and asset allocation.
• Advanced quantitative, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• The ability to interpret complex investment information and communicate clear recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence presenting investment concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
• A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within a high‑performing team.

Desirable Experience

Exposure to quantitative modelling, data science, automation or AI‑enabled research techniques.

• Experience working with investment analytics, portfolio modelling or research platforms.
• CFA qualification or progress towards completion.
• Postgraduate qualifications in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related discipline.
