We are hiring a leasing specialist and business broker to run point on childcare deals from first call to settlement.

What you'll be doing

• Managing childcare leasing transactions end-to-end - from landlord instruction through to tenant negotiation and lease execution.
• Brokering childcare business sales (going-concern centres, not just the real estate).
• Working our proprietary tenant demand database to match DA-approved sites and vacant centres with actively expanding operators.
• Building direct relationships with the operator groups that are actually growing in this market.

What we're looking for

• Experience in commercial leasing, business brokering and/or childcare/education property.
• Someone who can build and hold relationships with operators, not just process paperwork.
• Comfortable working a CRM-driven structured prospecting process rather than relying on lunch.
