QuickCare is partnering with a well-established early learning service in Condell Park seeking an experienced and passionate Preschool Room Leader to join their team.

\n

About the Role

\n

As Preschool Room Leader, you'll bring your own style of leadership to a team of educators you'll mentor and grow alongside. Working hand-in-hand with the wider leadership team, you'll help shape children's learning journeys while fostering a space where families and staff feel genuinely welcomed and supported.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Lead and mentor a team of educators within the preschool room
\n
• Plan and implement engaging programs aligned with the EYLF
\n
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider team
\n
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment
\n
• Contribute to documentation and daily centre operations
\n
• Work collaboratively to uphold high-quality practices across the service
\n

About You

\n

\n
• Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (ECT) qualification
\n
• Previous experience leading a preschool or kindergarten room (desired)
\n
• Sound knowledge of EYLF and NQS
\n
• Passionate, reliable, and team-oriented
\n
• Child Protection & Child Safety Training
\n
• First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
