Join the Brisbane Festival Front of House team and help create memorable experiences for audiences across Festival Village South Bank, the Magic MirrorsSpiegeltent, and the Brisbane Serenades program. We are seeking experienced Front of House Staff and Supervisors who are passionate about customer service, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy working with people. As the welcoming face of the festival, you will support patrons, assistwith venue operations, and contribute to the smooth delivery of events throughout September. Brisbane Festival isseekingenthusiastic and experienced Bar Staff and Bar Supervisors to join our Festival Village team. Working across a range of vibrant festival venues, including the South Bank Town Hall Bar, the Magic MirrorsSpiegeltentBar, and the outdoor Festival Village Bar, you will help create memorable experiences for thousands of patrons throughout the festival.
We are looking for hospitality professionals who are customer-focused, reliable, and adaptable, with the ability to perform confidently in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for skilled professionals with experience in stage management, site operations, crew coordination, artist liaison,logistics, or technical production who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Successful candidatesdemonstratestrong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to adapt to changing operational needs.
