Accounts Administrator (Leading Australian Infastructure Company) \n

Join a leading Australian infrastructure services organisation in a diverse finance and administration role.

\n

Our client is a well-established organisation delivering specialist services across major infrastructure, engineering, construction and industrial projects. They are seeking an experienced Finance & Administration Officer to join their team and provide essential support across finance, administration and day-to-day operations.

About the Role \n

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working across accounts receivable, invoicing, timesheets and general administration within a busy operational environment.

\n

Your responsibilities will include:

\n

    \n
  • Processing and reviewing timesheets.
  • \n
  • Managing accounts receivable, invoicing, debtor follow-up and client portal submissions.
  • \n
  • Processing purchase orders and supplier invoices.
  • \n
  • Ensuring project labour, materials and consumable costs are accurately captured and recovered.
  • \n
  • Providing reception and general administrative support across the business.
  • \n
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings and associated invoices.
  • \n
  • Assisting with freight, despatch and receiving activities.
  • \n
  • Providing general finance and administrative support to various departments.
  • \n

About You \n

You will be organised, reliable and confident managing competing priorities, with:

\n

    \n
  • Previous experience in finance administration, accounts receivable or a similar role.
  • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • \n
  • Experience with invoicing, timesheets and debtor management.
  • \n
  • Strong administration and communication skills.
  • \n
  • Experience with an ERP (MS Dynamics 365) highly regarded but not essential.
  • \n
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • \n
