We have multiple roles available within our case-binding department to support our hard-cover book and box-making production.
We are looking for both a senior case-binder with many years experience and also experienced table hands to support more senior staff and to develop their skills and grow their career.
Carbon8 produce some of the best Australian made hard cover, case-made books, tender kits, board games, gifting packs and property presentation packs and through a mix of traditional hand-made techniques and machinery automation we intend to maintain the craft and expand our capability.
We utilise the most modern digital print equipment but mix it with all manner of traditional embellishment process to produce almost anything our clients could imagine.
As we are a full commercial print facility with the latest machinery, including section sewing we have consistent workloads throughout the year with great careers prospects within the case binding department and more broadly within Carbon8 for those interested in expanding on their skills.
The ability to work within a team environment and be open to working on multiple projects and to handle shifting demands within a single day are vital.

Salary will be commensurate to experience and reflects the value our clients and business still put in this craft.
