We are seeking a Senior Estimator to join our collaborative and dynamic team. Working across a diverse range of construction tenders for medium to large complex projects, this is a leadership role supporting the Estimating Manager, with a strong emphasis on tender strategy, technical review of subcontract and supplier quotations, and mentoring within the estimating team.
You will hold a degree qualification in an industry-specific discipline and have a minimum of 5 years estimating experience (or 10 years' experience in a relevant industry role suitable for transition into senior estimating). You will be able to demonstrate strong subcontractor market coverage, build up costs from first principles, and manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
