As we continue to evolve, we’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Coordinator to support our highly engaged Sales Team.

Job Description

Coordinator

You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update team your various projects.

What you will be doing:

• Organize and implement administrative systems & procedures, and perform necessary support duties
• Manage Invoices, PO's Vendor and client Payments. Responsible for monthly cost tracking.
• Coordinate Site Visits, accommodation, event spaces VIP arrival checks and client entertainment.
• End to end booking and planning of internal events
• Serve as a principal source of information for the team
• Prepare and maintain your department’s records

Qualifications

You might already have hotel or sales experience, or you might be ready to take the next step in your career.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Organised and detail focused – you love a good to-do list
• Proactive and enthusiastic – you see what needs doing and get stuck in
• A great communicator – confident speaking with clients and colleagues
• Curious and eager to learn – we’ll help you build your sales skills
• Reliable and positive – someone the team can count on
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Previous sales or hospitality experience is preferred, but attitude and potential are just as important
• Experience with Delphi, Opera Cloud or other hotel/CRM systems is an advantage, but not essential
