Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, maintaining a professional appearance, and greeting guests politely.
• Clean and service allocated rooms to the highest standards within set timeframes, replenishing and controlling guest supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, unusual situations, and potential health and safety hazards promptly to the Supervisor.
• Follow all housekeeping policies, WH&S guidelines, and hotel procedures, attending required meetings and training sessions.
• Provide support to other departments as needed and carry out additional duties directed by the Executive Housekeeper.
