About the Role
\n
\n
\n
In this role, you will provide first-class support to our residential customers. We will give you all the training you need to be able to help our customers and progress your career.
\n
\n This is a call-centre based role - you will be taking inbound calls and help with anything from basic troubleshooting to fault finding. We want to empower you to problem solve and deliver our customers the best experience possible.
\n
\n

What You'll Do
\n
\n
\n
\n
In this role, you will work 8 ‑ hour shifts in our call centre on a rotational roster between 8am and 12am , Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
\n
\n
\n
All team members are required to commit to up 37.5 hours per week.
\n
\n
\n
\n
An interest in learning about the telco industry (experience is helpful but not essential)
\n
\n
\n
A genuine curiosity about IT and technology
\n
\n
\n
A background in accounts or customer service
\n
\n
\n
Confident computer skills and comfort with basic data entry
\n
\n
\n
Warm, clear communication with a collaborative, empathetic approach
\n
\n
\n
