Assistant Operations Manager - East Fremantle We are seeking a full-time Assistant Operations Manager to join our East Fremantle swim school.

This is an exciting opportunity for an emerging leader to play a key role in the day-to-day operations of one of our busy swim schools. Working closely with the Operations manager, you'll support staff development, customer service, centre performance and the delivery of our swim program.

You’ll be part of a passionate team dedicated to helping children develop life-saving swimming skills while creating a positive experience for families every step of the way.

About the Role As Assistant Operations Manager, you will:

• Support the daily operations of the swim school and ensure smooth centre operations
• Lead, coach and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service
• Assist with staff training, onboarding and development
• Build positive relationships with swimmers, families and team members
• Help maintain high standards of safety, compliance and operational excellence
• Contribute to centre growth through member retention and customer engagement
• Work collaboratively with the Operations manager to achieve centre goals

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership potential and a genuine desire to develop your management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for customer service and creating outstanding experiences
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
• Confidence leading and supporting a team
• Swimming Industry experience is highly regarded but not essential
• Availability to work one weekend shift each week
