WHS Administrator/Advisor

We are currently seeking an experiencedWHS Administratorfor a short term contract with a leading manufacturing business inEagle Farm. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who can work independently, communicate confidently, and is eager to make an impact in a short time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with floor staffto learn machinery operations and help developtask competencies and work instructions
• Assist the WHS Advisor with toolbox talks, safety audits, updating procedures & policies and Managing WHS and training data inLucidity
• Support all WHS admin tasks including incident tracking and training compliance

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong admin background with WHS experience (manufacturing is a plus)
• Certificate 4 in WHS
• Confident communicator, able to engage with floor teams and management
• Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Experience with Lucidity or other WHS platforms (ideal but not essential)

Pay Guide:

$45 - $50 per hour + penalty rates on overtime, depending on experience. Due to the independent nature of the role, strong candidates may expect the higher end.
