Job description

The Corporate Services team is dedicated to customer service and hospitality by providing all employees and clients with an exceptional experience from the moment they enter a Dimensional building.

Overview

We are looking for a Corporate Services, Senior Associate, on a 12 month fixed term contract who will be responsible for all travel booked for the Australian offices, with the following responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Booking and coordinating all domestic and international travel (flights, transfers, accommodation, car hire) in accordance with company policy
  • Liaising with the corporate travel agent to ensure cost effective and timely travel arrangements
  • Maintaining the Travel Spreadsheet with bookings, changes to bookings and international travellers & visitors
  • Handling confidential & personal information relating to passports, home addresses etc
  • Liaising with our global offices about travelling staff and set-up/desk requirements
  • Maintaining good relationships with our hotel and transfer vendors/contacts
  • Ad hoc travel administration duties, reporting and ad hoc projects
  • Assisting with facilities maintenance requests

Experience and Qualifications

The successful individual will possess at least 2 years of travel and/or office experience in a corporate environment. They will be professional and client-focused, with the ability to demonstrate the following:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and organised
  • Able to work equally well in a team environment and independently
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook) with the ability to learn programs as needed
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
