With stunning views, a relaxed atmosphere, and a busy calendar of functions, we're looking for experienced, reliable and energetic chefs to join the kitchen team at our lively coastal venue.

We're looking for a talented, creative, and qualified chefs to prepare and deliver exceptional meals for our club members and guests.
Prepare high-quality creative dishes, including both a regular menu and daily specials
Cater to dietary preferences and requirements, including vegetarian and gluten-free options
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment
Managing stock ordering, deliveries, and inventory
Uphold high standards of food hygiene and safety regulations
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and quality
Australian work rights are required for this position
Either Cert IV Commercial Cookery or Diploma of Hospitality Management qualification is acceptable
Proven experience as a chef in a fast paced kitchen role with up to date references.
Strong leadership, communication & people management skills
Calm under pressure, great with people, and highly organised
Strong knowledge of food safety standards
Passionate about fresh, local ingredients and creative cuisine
Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Skilled in stock control, ordering, and supplier management
Flexible availability, including evening, weekends and holiday periods
